Your missions You want to…

As part of its growth, QINOMIC is seeking its future Automotive Engineering Sales Engineer (M/F) to support the development of solutions for automotive applications. As an Automotive Engineering Sales Engineer, you will build close, long-lasting relationships with our clients, and your expertise will help them grow their business with confidence.

You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders (technical teams, pre-sales, after-sales, communication, etc.) to design the best solutions for our customers.

To achieve these objectives, your main responsibilities will focus on developing sales of our Retrofit solutions:

  • Hunting posture: acquiring new B2B clients
  • Account development: identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Developing the sales growth strategy
  • Prospecting and identifying new opportunities
  • Proposing services aligned with the needs identified
  • Negotiating up to the closing stage
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction
  • Participating in trade shows (prospecting, presence on the booth)

Your profile
This position is for you if…

  • You want to actively contribute to the energy transition and decarbonization.
  • You are able to integrate ambitious projects within a start-up environment and strong industrial partnerships.
  • You hold a Master’s degree (BAC+5) in general engineering, transport, or new energies, plus a commercial background (field experience or associative involvement).
  • You have experience working with a rental company or a large account (not as a showroom or dealership salesperson)
  • You have at least 5 years of experience and are familiar with the SME and mid-cap (ETI) environment.
